House Groups

Many Christians have developed their spiritual life as members of small groups, sometimes called Home Groups, Fellowship Groups or House Groups. These groups of about 10 people meet regularly in members’ homes. Usually they meet to study some part of the Bible or some theme running through several books of the Bible. They will try and relate what they study to their lives as Christians in the 21st century. But it is not just about Bible study, lasting friendships are formed in these groups. They are a place to discuss the joys and problems of living as a Christian today. There will usually be time for prayer and  a cup of tea.

St Andrew’s has three house groups which meet monthly in evenings, two in the King Cross area, on the first Monday of the month and one near Skircoat Green which meets on Thursdays. For further details use the contact form.
